Recently I have undertaken a huge project... to watch the extended version of the The Lord of the Rings Trilogy. Combined the three movies take 12 hours to watch. I have made it through the first two but have not gotten a chance to see the last one yet. So far the additions have been great. It is interesting to see what the final cuts were. Most of the additions in the first two movies have to do with Merry and Pippen, or are comical. The added parts add so much more to the movie and I thoroughly. There are many different clips from all the movies
